Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns as long as the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. You can return your items to the JK Timber branch, along with proof of purchase. Or you can arrange for us to collect the products by calling 01788 522662 with your order number and details of the products you want to return.

Please note: that our minimum charge for this collection service is 25% of the order value plus any delivery charges, this could be more depending on your location and the product type.
